38 Special are no strangers to bootlegs. Eight were release between 1977 and 2000 years. The latest, "Authorized Bootleg: Nassau Coliseum Uniondale NY 1/29/85" boasts audio quality a good deal better than our typical bootleg, and a crowd that is clearly up for some good arena rock. The set is heavy on the band's signature tunes like "Caught Up In You," "If I'd Been The One," "Hold On Loosely," "Wild Eyed Southern Boys" and "Back Where You Belong." The release, their first since 2004's Drivetrain, comes in the band's 35th year of non-stop rock. We think it`s must have for us.
