Albert King & Stevie Ray Vaughan "In Session" 2011

Но слушать (или лицезреть, что ещё лучше) Стива Рэй Вона и Альберта Кинга, выступающих на одной сцене, занятие чрезвычайно приятное. Насколько нам известно, концерт уже запечатлен на DVD.
Stevie Ray Vaughan met the hugely influential blues guitarist Albert King only once — on December 6, 1983 for a taping of the live music television show "In Session.” But that meeting of the blues minds produced one of the most memorable recordings in the young Vaughan’s life — the loose, loving jam of "In Session.”
After too many years of being available only on CD, Stax is doing SRV and King fans a favor with the release of a two-disc "In Session” CD and DVD that at last features the full video footage from the performance. The show will include three previously unreleased songs — the William Bell and Booker T. Jones-penned "Born Under A Bad Sign,” the Larry Davis-written SRV classic "Texas Flood,” and Louis Jordan’s "I’m Gonna Move to the Outskirts of Town.” The set is out on November 9.
