The Higher State, from Sandgate, Kent, UK, formed in 2005. They play authentic 60′s west coast sounding original songs and are very well travelled. Currently signed to 13′Oclock Records from Austin, Texas, USA and working on their third studio album. Their influences include… Love, The Byrds, The Buffalo Springfield, The 13th Floor Elevators, obscure Garage/Psych bands and so on.
